Customer Technical Support Specialist (NEN)
EVS is seeking a Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Specialist to join our proposal effort. Supports users of the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) by resolving technical inquiries through telephone and on-site support. Requires two (2) years of professional experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting of NEN products. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills required.
Work is not remote and will be performed on‑site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA. Employment would begin upon contract award.
