Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
Experience in sales, lead generation, and business development
Analytical and organizational skills for market research and strategy planning
Goal‑oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed targets
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
