Responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability of one RaceTrac store during designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will deliver on RaceTrac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, cleanliness, talent development, and driving success. Daily pay available with opt-in. Responsibilities
Friendly
Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated experience for guests Foster positive and professional relationships with co-workers and guests Communicate respectfully and maintain a team-oriented attitude Complete guest transactions efficiently at the register or self-checkout stations and suggest complementary products Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, involving regional team members as needed Food
Monitor and adhere to all safety regulations, including food safety standards Ensure all food offerings are available Clean
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels to ensure an excellent guest experience Execute shift duties, uphold presentation standards, and represent the RaceTrac brand Clean food preparation areas and equipment to standards Leading Talent
Demonstrate RaceTrac's Core Values: Honesty, Efficiency, Positive Attitude, Respect, and Teamwork Lead coaching, training, and assessment of team members, providing feedback to the General Manager Act with a servant-leader mentality, prioritize tasks, go the extra mile, listen, communicate respectfully, and solve problems proactively Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed) 2-3 years’ work experience preferred 1+ years management experience preferred Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, reach frequently May require food handler and alcohol server permits depending on local regulations All qualified applicants will receive consideration without discrimination based on protected characteristics.
