Responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability of one RaceTrac store during designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will deliver on RaceTrac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, cleanliness, talent leadership, and driving success. Responsibilities
Friendly
Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated guest experiences. Foster positive relationships with co-workers and guests. Communicate respectfully and maintain a team-oriented attitude. Complete guest transactions efficiently and suggest complementary products. Address guest concerns promptly and involve regional team members as needed. Food
Monitor and adhere to safety regulations, including food safety standards. Ensure all food offers are available. Clean
Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment. Execute shift duties and uphold presentation standards. Clean food prep areas and equipment to RaceTrac standards. Leading Talent
Demonstrate RaceTrac's Core Values: Honesty, Efficiency, Positive Attitude, Respect, and Teamwork. Lead coaching, training, and performance assessments of team members. Provide feedback and development recommendations to the General Manager. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed). 2-3 years’ work experience preferred. 1+ years management experience preferred. Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. May require food handler and alcohol server permits, depending on local regulations.
