The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, responding to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Qualifications
Experience in managing security operations and personnel Knowledge of public safety, private security, and law enforcement processes Strong leadership and staff training abilities Excellent communication and client liaison skills Ability to ensure compliance with security protocols Proficiency in responding to and coordinating security incidents Capability to work on-site in Anchorage, AK Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field is a plus Previous experience in the military or law enforcement is advantageous Seniority level
