Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager
Proven leadership in high‑volume operations ($7M+ annual sales) in upscale dining
Strong HR, payroll, and scheduling knowledge
Proficient with Toast, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and other operational platforms
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Deep understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, labor management, and cost tracking
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
