Restaurant General Manager – High-Volume Steakhouse

Salary:
$90,000 – $100,000

Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant
Proven success managing $10M+ in annual sales volume
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a winning culture
Passion for great food, impeccable service, and guest satisfaction
Energetic, positive, and solutions‑driven with an ownership mentality
Oversee all front‑of‑house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality
Drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence
Coach, develop, and inspire staff to deliver top‑tier service
Manage budgets, labor, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism and teamwork
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in high‑volume dining environments
Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Previous experience in training and staff development
