We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. The shift leader will take the lead to tackle problems, seek help from others when appropriate, and mentor their team. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify. Pay and Benefits

Lead and mentor a dining room and/or kitchen team to provide outstanding service and quality food. Establish a collaborative team environment, monitor performance, and address issues promptly. Help drive profitability through effective operations and guest satisfaction. Take initiative to tackle problems and escalate when necessary. Qualifications

Prior restaurant experience is a plus and may qualify you for this role. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members. Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and provide outstanding service. Job Details
