Dealership Manager – Leading Agriculture Dealership (High-Volume Location)
Our client, a
leading John Deere dealership
specializing in new and used farm and ag equipment, is seeking an experienced
Store Manager
to lead a
high-volume location
with accountability for people, partnerships, and performance.
This individual will oversee store operations, ensure excellence across
Sales, Parts, and Service , and drive personal sales performance. The Store Manager will play a key role in customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and achieving strong sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgets and business plans to drive growth and profitability
Develop, coach, and motivate employees
Dedicate ~80% of time to sales/sales management and ~20% to store management
Champion precision ag technologies and advanced equipment solutions
Maintain a professional retail environment and strong community presence
Manage staffing, training, and workforce development
Oversee customer satisfaction, key accounts, and fleet relationships
Ensure safety, asset security, and compliance with processes
Qualifications
4+ years of sales and/or operations management experience
Strong background with agricultural equipment; John Deere or competitive products preferred
Excellent communication, customer service, and team-building skills
Ability to analyze financial and performance reports
