Are you a phone-answering pro with a knack for making people smile — even when their toilet isn’t? Join the team at Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company – St. Louis, MO. We’re a family-owned business with over four generations of service in St. Louis. We’re growing fast and looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help us continue delivering 5-star service.
If you love structured workdays, solving problems, and talking to customers who just want someone who gets it — we want to meet you. Bonus points if you already know ServiceTitan (our software of choice), but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude.
Schedule
Full-time: Monday–Friday
7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekends, no nights, and no surprises. Just a solid, reliable schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
$18–$24 per hour (based on experience and skills) and weekly bonus
Paid holidays and paid time off
Consistent hours in a friendly, supportive environment
Training provided (especially if you’re new to ServiceTitan)
Fun team culture, occasional snacks, and the occasional dog visit (seriously)
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
Schedule service appointments quickly and accurately in ServiceTitan
Communicate with internal team members to keep jobs flowing smoothly
Outbound calls to our members
Represent the brand with a customer-first mindset (tone matters)
Qualifications
Customer service experience required
Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right fit)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities
Professional, friendly, and reliable — punctual and dependable
Comfortable using computers and modern office tools
