friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative
to join our team!
This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives on the phone and has the organizational skills to help process prescriptions accurately and efficiently. If you're passionate about helping people and keeping things moving, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Assist in processing prescriptions and coordinating patient information
Work closely with pharmacists and staff to ensure seamless service
Deliver a positive experience for every patient and provider
What We’re Looking For
Excellent phone skills—confident, clear, and compassionate communication is key
Comfortable handling high call volumes in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Pharmacy experience
not required —we’ll train the right person!
