Business Development Representative
Join PermitFlow as a Business Development Representative. This role supports the go-to-market team by acquiring new customers and driving revenue in collaboration with account executives.
Base Pay Range $90,000 – $100,000 per year.

Our HQ is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in‑office days per week). We prefer NYC‑based candidates or those open to relocation.
What You’ll Do
Convey PermitFlow’s value in construction permitting
Work cross‑functionally, build customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities through technical prospecting
Generate business opportunities through creative outreach methods
Execute a personalized outreach strategy using outbound channels
Collaborate with peers and Account Executives in one of our four customer verticals: Residential Real‑Estate Developers, Commercial Real‑Estate Developers, Renewable Energy, or Home Services.
Qualifications & Fit
1 to 3 years of selling/business development experience
Comfort speaking with decision makers in C‑Suite/Executive Leadership
Passion for networking, building relationships, and teamwork
Familiarity with modern CRMs like Salesforce
Understanding of sales tools including email automation, prospecting, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
