Store Hours Monday to Saturday 7 AM – 8 PM | Sunday 9 AM – 6 PM

About the Role As a
Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) , you will take on increased responsibility and future growth into leadership. This position is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, detail‑oriented in stocking and inventory management, and skilled in operating point‑of‑sale systems and maintaining store conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Open and close the store.
Assist with daily store operations and tasks.
Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize items, and transfer stock to the store.
Maintain merchandise quality, execute proper food handling, and conduct product rotation.
Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and solve problems.
Handle cash – bank deposits, change, and register counts.
Help build and train the team, developing leadership skills while supervising sales associates.
Qualifications
1–2 years of retail experience with progressive responsibility.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and lift above shoulder height regularly.
Flexible, full‑time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to safely operate power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie‑lifts, and forklifts where applicable.
Occasional response to alarm calls during non‑working hours and flexibility to work shifts at other local stores.
Minimum age 18.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
