Title: Hotel Relations & Analytics Manager
Reports to: Associate Vice President
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Spokane, WA

The Hotel Relations & Analytics Manager works closely with our hospitality partners, community, and campaign data to ensure Spokane Sports delivers measurable impact. By combining relationship management with analytics, the Hotel Relations & Analytics Manager strengthens partnerships, enhances visitor experiences, and provides insights that guide organizational decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and skilled at using data to inform strategy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Hotel & Hospitality Partnerships
Build, manage, and steward long‑term relationships with hotel partners.
Negotiate and maintain rate structures that support event participants and community alignment.
Serve as the primary contact for hotels regarding Spokane Sports events and visitor needs.
Data & Analytics
Track key performance indicators including room night impact, food & beverage spend, meeting room rental, parking, and audio/visual spend and provide accurate, timely reporting to funders and stakeholders.
Manage CRM systems and contact pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Develop event blueprints and reporting systems that align with organizational standards.
Deliver post‑event reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Event & Sales Support
Support the team in event bidding, servicing, and sponsor delivery through accurate data and hotel alignment.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure hotel accommodations are seamlessly integrated into event planning.
Oversee implementation and maintenance of EventConnector and other partner technology tools.
Deliver timely updates, clear communication, and consistent data tracking to hotel properties.
Organizational Contribution
Provide data‑backed insights that guide organizational decision‑making.
Support transparency and accountability by sharing outcomes with staff, board, and community partners.
Uphold Spokane Sports’ mission and values through collaborative, people‑first relationship management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to build trust and collaboration with hospitality partners.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to balance relationship management with analytical responsibilities.
Collaborative team player with solutions‑focused mindset.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, data analytics, related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
3–5 years of experience in hotels preferred.
Background in tourism, or data/analytics roles a plus.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
Standard office environment with regular engagement at partner hotels and event venues.
Occasional evening and weekend hours required to support events and partner needs.
Ability to travel locally to hotel properties and meeting sites.
Must be able to sit, stand, and operate a computer for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits Spokane Sports pays a gross hourly wage for this position of $28.85 based on qualifications, skills, experience, organizational values and culture alignment. Additionally, we offer the following key benefits for this full‑time role:
10% bonus target (prorated for the remainder of 2025)
