Drive customer experience and sales Manage omni-channel fulfillment Supervise store presentation and sales floor Oversee store and stockroom operations Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll Lead training and development Ensure effective communication and asset protection What it Takes
Bachelor’s degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role Strong problem-solving, team-building, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility Fashion interest and knowledge What You’ll Get
