Coach and develop employees to maximize effectiveness and career growth, identifying high‑potential talent. Plan work and personnel assignments based on the daily production schedule. Deliver presentations to direct reports and peers on operational topics. Supervise shift operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform performance management, including quarterly and end‑of‑year reviews, and recommend increases and developmental opportunities. Maintain safety standards, leading safety processes and coordinating department safety education. Anticipate and resolve delays in shift operations, reporting promptly to the Production Manager. Ensure accurate production documentation and submittals for approval. Apply corrective measures and lean principles to meet cost standards. Drive continuous improvement culture through employee problem solving and recognition. Collaborate with cross‑functional departments and shifts across the organization. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating internally and externally. Partner with HR to ensure proper procedures are followed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3–5 years of supervisory experience required; manufacturing supervision strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and manage shift personnel. Demonstrated conflict resolution and teamwork building. Equipment troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude strongly preferred.
