Michaels Stores . Store - HSTN-ATASCOCITA, TX Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service. Responsibilities include:

Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and company programs, ensuring compliance and accountability for store conditions and results. Follow all front-end policies and procedures; achieve KPIs and manage team performance. Plan and execute in-store events and class activities. Lead omnichannel processes. Manage shrink and safety programs. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities. Support onboarding and training of new team members; coach and develop staff to achieve results. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Interact respectfully with customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining truck standards. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production; lead high-quality framing delivery if applicable. Preferred Skills and Experience:

Retail management experience preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy items. Work involves bending, reaching, lifting, and outdoor activities as needed.
