Store - JACKSONVILLE, NC Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations. Lead omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to fulfill our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service. Responsibilities include:

Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs, ensuring compliance and accountability for store conditions and results. Ensure all front-end policies are followed; meet KPIs and manage team performance. Plan and execute in-store events in line with company programs. Lead omnichannel processes. Manage shrink and safety programs. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes like RTV and ASN. Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of team members. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Promote a positive, respectful environment and serve as a role model. Assist customers by locating products and providing solutions. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and other store operations. Cross-train in custom framing sales and production. Preferred Qualifications:

Retail management experience preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and access high shelves. Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled environment, with some outdoor work.
