Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor Location:
Palm Desert Mall, Palm Desert, CA Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the store team, fostering a positive environment and achieving performance goals. Create memorable customer experiences through excellent service. Drive sales, manage inventory, and oversee daily store operations. Manage budgets, analyze sales data, and implement marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards. Qualifications
Proven retail management experience with a successful sales record. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-focused with analytical and problem-solving abilities. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer skills. Minimum Requirements
Open availability including mornings, days, and nights. Minimum 5 days per week, with 44+ hours during peak times. Reliable transportation, English proficiency, and ability to perform basic math. Physical Demands
Prolonged standing, lifting 5-25 lbs, and working in a noisy environment. Compensation & Benefits
Assistant Manager: $18.38 - $21.50/hr + bonus opportunities. Supervisor: $18.50/hr. Full-time roles include health, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off. Additional Info
