Every Sunday off to spend time with family and friends Eligibility for a $50 bonus for working Saturdays Competitive language differential for bilingual English/Spanish speakers Position may be eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour in compensation depending on hours worked On-site fun events and activities Responsibilities
Respond to customer telephone and e-mail inquiries in a professional and pleasant manner Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries Provide quality service to retain current customers and attract new business Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers Qualifications
Education High School Required Experience Less than 2 years in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, or telemarketing/sales is required Benefits
