Job Summary
The Operations Analyst 1 will support the Resilience leadership team within the Security organization, focusing on operational processes, financial management, and efficiency improvements. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to manage business operations and support cross‑functional initiatives. The initial focus during the first 90 days will be onboarding to existing tools and processes, then identifying areas for optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily business operations and process improvement initiatives. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to enhance workflow efficiency. Develop presentations and reports for leadership using PowerPoint and other tools. Manage operational data in Airtable, Smartsheet, and similar platforms. Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions for operational excellence. Work closely with a team of six, reporting to the Resilience leadership team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. 1–2 years of experience in an operations analyst or related role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint; familiarity with Airtable or Smartsheet. Background in financial management (budgeting, forecasting, planning). Experience in SOP documentation and process optimization.
Additional Qualifications
PMP certification (nice to have). Prior experience in corporate business operations, safety, or security. Experience working within large, global corporate environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs. Collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
