Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Overview We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team, supporting large-scale data center and mission critical projects. This individual will play a key role in driving the quality strategy from project start-up through final acceptance, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of performance and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at collaborating with teams at all levels in a dynamic environment. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate long-term commitment and stability in their career, along with proven experience delivering results within data center construction or other technically complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the project’s quality management system across all phases of construction.

Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans.

Review design documents and submittals to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and met.

Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation to verify compliance with project standards.

Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues; manage NCRs and corrective/preventative actions.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party testing agencies to maintain quality control.

Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis and lessons learned.

Mentor and support project and field engineers in quality procedures and best practices.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of QA/QC or Quality Management experience in the construction industry; experience in data centers, mission critical, or large-scale industrial projects is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated history of long tenure or progressive growth within prior organizations.

Solid understanding of construction processes, codes, and standards.

Skilled in issue tracking, documentation, and inspection management.

Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001, Lean, or USACE’s three-phase control system.

Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Unifier, Procore, or similar).

Valid driver’s license required.
