Schedule Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. PST / 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. CST

Salary Range $70,000 – $75,000

About the Role We are seeking a

Document Production Coordinator

to join our Document Production Department. This role is responsible for creating, formatting, and editing a variety of legal and business documents using specialized software. The ideal candidate will ensure all work meets accuracy, style, and formatting standards while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and other materials

Perform PDF conversions, document cleanups, and advanced formatting (tables of contents, cross-references, redactions, etc.)

Conduct document comparisons using tools such as Litera Change-Pro

Process transcriptions and dictation requests (BigHand)

Manage documents within iManage, NetDocs, or comparable document management systems

Ensure compliance with company and jurisdictional formatting guidelines (California experience a plus)

Provide responsive customer service and maintain strong communication with attorneys and staff

Balance multiple requests, prioritizing effectively while meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)

Experience with document management systems (iManage Worksite, NetDocs, or similar)

Strong typing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven customer service mindset

Law firm experience preferred; knowledge of California legal formatting guidelines is a plus

Positive, proactive attitude and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
