Summary The Operations Manager will be involved in many facets of center operations including day‑to‑day staff and service management, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting, and general administrative tasks. They will maintain accurate records related to the staffing and delivery of services for each case, assist in creating, maintaining, and managing a master schedule, and ensure clinical cases are staffed per the budgeted hours. The Program Manager will support HR, Operations and the Clinical department and act as the primary point of contact regarding case assignment and staff availability.

Job Qualifications
Perform core duties satisfactorily and react to change productively
Professional knowledge and experience in business operations, growth, staff scheduling, personnel management, and customer acquisition
High standard of ethical conduct, integrity, and confidentiality
Polite, courteous, and cooperative communication with internal and external clients
Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
Experience
5 years of management experience in a professional environment, preferably in medical, behavioral health, PT or OT office or similar operations
Experience building and retaining customers
5 to 7 years managing and developing staff
Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply
Skills & Abilities
Strong rapport‑building skills and ability to manage staff
Sense of urgency
Ability to work independently toward assigned goals
Excellent time management and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Ability to administer processes across the center consistently
Superb communication skills; listening and communicating well with management, staff and families/clients
Professional appearance and presentation required
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in using email and Outlook
Ability to keep accurate records, work in databases, use Excel, and track processes accurately
Working Conditions
Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds may cause distraction
Considerable stress may arise from meeting service requirements
Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; duties may vary based on recruitment projects
Full‑time basis essential; may require emails and calls outside work hours
