Military Flight Controls Division

(MFCD) supports aircraft worldwide, providing primary and secondary flight control systems for military and commercial applications. With direct guidance in a team environment, perform a variety of product support duties following defined procedures in functions such as raw stock, parts identification, shipping, receiving, stockroom, stock handling, and clean operations. RAW STOCK: Receive incoming raw stock, verify material against documentation, load/unload trucks, code raw material, cut stock to dimensional specifications, issue jobs per schedule, and update shop floor, MRP, and other systems. PARTS IDENTIFICATION: Identify parts using proper methods, lay out exact dimensions and locations for identification markings. SHIPPING: Prepare parts/materials for shipment, complete necessary paperwork, maintain shipping logs, and prepare packaging per specifications with appropriate labels and records. RECEIVING: Receive shipments, forward materials to the appropriate team, and weigh or count incoming/outbound parts or materials. STOCKROOM: Receive material, identify parts by type/part number, prepare parts for storage, fill orders from stock, perform cycle counts, and maintain records in a computer system. Clean Operations: Clean and degrease parts/equipment and oil parts to prevent rust and corrosion. PARTS HANDLING: Move parts between functions or teams using equipment, package/repackage parts to prevent damage, stage tooling, and audit material storage areas for accuracy. Observe all safety rules and maintain a neat, orderly work area. One year of product support or related experience, or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities. General knowledge of computer terminal operations. May be required to operate moving equipment and saw equipment and meet OSHA safety qualifications. Forklift operator certificate may be required. Manual dexterity; ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; ability to read and understand related forms and specifications. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work effectively with others as a participative team player. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $19.45/hour to $29.30/hour. Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
