Operations Manager specializing in Hiring and Process Improvement
We are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Staffing Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, particularly in securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statement of Work (SOW) business with enterprise clients. This is a high-visibility role offering an amazing, uncapped compensation package and an opportunity to lead and grow with our organization. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target enterprise companies for staffing and project-based opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. Secure MSAs and SOW agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their staffing and project needs. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services and project outcomes. Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Track and report on sales metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing sales, with a focus on enterprise clients and project-based opportunities. Proven success in securing MSAs and SOW agreements. Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including market trends and competitive landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Seniority level
