Overview The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of cross-discipline projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on-time, on-budget and at the highest quality standards. They maintain project setup, communication processes and timelines. They coordinate with their counterparts in production, creative, strategy, and support finance with POCs (percent of completion) and project closing. The Project Manager, Studio reports to a director- or senior-level project manager.

The Project Manager is the point of contact for all project tasks and seen as a source of truth. They have a clear understanding of their program’s scope of work and should have some financial literacy to be able to estimate and manage small to mid-scale programs and budgets. The Project Manager must have a strong understanding of creative production, including social, digital, live action and post-production.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, including timelines, resources and estimates

Reviews project intake and collaborate with disciplines to define project scope and deliverables

Setup projects using department tools

Leads project kick off and onboarding

Own hot sheets and inform stakeholders with regular updates on project status

Track project progress, manage risks and communicate escalations to discipline leads

Takes meeting notes and tracks all feedback and review rounds

Pulls burn reports from finance and communicates overages to leadership team

Works with resourcing leads to make sure projects are staffed appropriately

Evaluate project outcomes and conduct lessons learned sessions

Archive all deliverables, proposals and documents

Client facing, in tandem with client engagement lead

Integrate AI-driven tools into creative and production processes to boost efficiency, elevate content quality, and stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and storytelling

Qualifications

Experience as a project manager for an ad agency

Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Able to apply critical and strategic thinkingStress-tolerant, quick-thinking and accurate

Able to quickly understand new technology concepts

Content production experience

Client-facing experience

Experience with various platforms including Microsoft365 Tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.), Smartsheet, Float

Compensation Range: $$72,450 - $ $90,620 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
