Responsibilities include: Tracking budgets, managing travel bookings, expense reports, and calendar management. Providing phone screening and general administrative support. Preparing and maintaining files according to established guidelines with limited supervision. Creating information packets and developing standard documents as per guidelines. Drafting and editing basic communications, including mass mailings from database reports. Responding to routine inquiries. Confirming internal and external appointments, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls appropriately. Implementing projects or process improvements under supervision, such as processing expense reimbursements and ensuring timely completion of expense reports. Qualifications

Required: 2-5 years of relevant experience. Experience with tracking budgets and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint formatting and Excel. Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
