Hire, train, motivate, and communicate effectively with staff to deliver first-class service with professionalism and promote a culture of accountability. Manage facility and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition. Ensure high-quality food preparation and service standards. Create a positive work environment that reflects the Butler brand. Maintain high service standards through training and feedback. Evaluate employee performance and implement reward systems. Produce reports, maintain records, and manage staff scheduling and absences. Collaborate with other departments to promote feedback, cross-training, and operational efficiency. Work flexible hours, including any shift, any day, and long hours when necessary. IDEAL CANDIDATE:
7-10 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Well-groomed appearance. Experience in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
