Customer Service Representative II – Full‑time, 40‑50 hours per week. 100% on‑site at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. Compensation
Base pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour. Location
Santa Ana, CA (on‑site only) Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to collect documents and clarify details. Track and manage client communications through our CRM ticketing system. Follow up on pending items, ensuring timely responses to every client inquiry. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed. Request, review, and ensure accuracy of client tax documentation. Maintain accurate notes on client interactions and progress within the CRM. Collaborate across departments to provide a seamless client experience. Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or client‑care roles (tax relief or financial services a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM systems and document management tools. Proactive mindset with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
