Serve as the main point of contact for enrolled clients—answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring they always know where things stand. Collaborate with Case Managers to move files through each phase of the resolution process quickly and accurately. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy. Keep detailed notes in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication across teams. Create a consistent, positive client experience that builds trust and long-term relationships. Handle challenges with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset. What You’ll Need

1+ year of customer service experience (call center or tax experience is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. A proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping others. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required. What We Offer

Base Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour (depending on experience). Annual Earnings Potential: $45,000 – $60,000+. Perks
