General Manager , you'll serve as both brand ambassador and operational leader — guiding a dedicated team to deliver inspired guest experiences while ensuring exceptional financial and operational performance.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, driving alignment with brand’s service culture and Core Values:

Champion financial performance and operational excellence through effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead Department Heads across Rooms, F&B, Sales, and Engineering to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
Conduct regular strategy and performance meetings; ensure compliance with all SOPs and safety standards.
Partner with corporate leadership on capital projects, brand initiatives, and long-term planning.
Manage and mentor the Executive Team, fostering professional growth and developing bench strength across departments.
Maintain high visibility throughout the property, providing hands‑on leadership and fostering a culture of service and accountability.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
Collaborate with the F&B Director and Revenue Manager to drive profitability and ensure cohesive guest and dining experiences.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership, including experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Rooms, or F&B Director.
Proven record of operational and financial success within a full‑service or boutique hotel.
Strong Food & Beverage background — capable of guiding and strengthening an evolving F&B operation.
Deep commitment to servant leadership — leading by example, supporting the team, and staying actively engaged in daily operations.
Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills.
Financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on performance data and P&L results.
Proficiency in hotel management systems: Opera Cloud, Micros Simphony, M3, ADP, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
