Overview
We are seeking a full-time
Operations Analyst 2
in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and assisting with moderately complex implementation, maintenance and enhancements of systems, programs and processes used globally within Operations departments including working closely with leadership and other departments to ensure that these processes and applications are designed, built and used efficiently and effectively.
Essential Functions
Perform moderately complex administration and troubleshooting of tasks and issues in assigned systems or programs
Act as point of contact for issues and inquiries for functionality questions and issues on assigned applications
Contribute to discussions regarding functionality, design, processes and procedures, and document requirements for enhancements and new functionality
Analyze and assist with projects for improvements or changes to assigned systems or programs
Identify, research and report issues and collaborate with the team to produce enhancements, escalating only after troubleshooting and analysis
Communicate issues clearly and proactively
Partner with IT, Operations, Finance or other departments to find and validate solutions and process improvements
Develop and maintain business process flows, ISO Procedures and administrative documentation in a timely and organized manner
Provide analysis and support for supply chain exceptions and optimization utilizing inventory, costing, and delivery data
Utilize programming languages to enhance data collection and distribution
Utilize business intelligence front-end platforms to develop and distribute reports based on operational knowledge
Performs advanced analysis and administration tasks utilizing back-end systems such as Oracle
Interface with other Garmin sites to support global supply chain initiatives
Consistently demonstrates Garmin’s Mission, Vision, and Values

Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Demonstrated experience with back-end systems such as order management systems, CRM Applications or reporting and tracking tools
Demonstrated experience with system implementation, maintenance or enhancements
Demonstrated analytical thinking and experience
Demonstrated proficiency using current relevant Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, possess a positive and respectful attitude and work professionally and respectfully with others
