Our Office Managers not only oversee daily operations of the dental practice, including supervising team members, managing patient flow, achieving team goals, and providing mentorship and training, but they also serve as a vital link between the dentist and the entire team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Operations:
Supervise all practice activities, ensure effective coverage, manage opening and closing duties, reconcile daily financials, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with policies. Utilize tools like Workday, myLearning, metric software, and P&L reports to run the office efficiently.
Communication & Leadership:
Lead daily huddles, maintain positive relationships with doctors and regional managers, and ensure effective communication across all levels.
Practice Performance:
Meet or exceed performance metrics, track and report KPIs, and ensure alignment with IMPACT goals.
Team Member Management & Support:
Supervise team members, manage performance, resolve conflicts, provide coaching, oversee recruiting and onboarding, and manage schedules, payroll, and attendance.
Patient Support & Guidance:
Communicate courteously and empathetically with patients, oversee patient flow, support treatment acceptance, and ensure accuracy to minimize complaints.
