Winnebago Motors is seeking a Warranty Manager to join our team based in Forest City, IA. The Warranty Manager is responsible for leading the warranty operations to ensure a seamless, fair, and efficient experience for dealers and customers. This role oversees the end-to-end warranty claim process and administers goodwill support when appropriate. With a strong focus on process excellence and continuous improvement, the manager drives simplification and clarity in dealer interactions while leveraging technology to enhance operational performance. Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and reduce dealer effort. Make warranty interactions easy and intuitive for dealers. Serve as a point of escalation for complex or disputed claims. Process claims as required. Track and report on warranty process metrics. Track warranty and goodwill trends and communicate emerging issues to quality, engineering, etc. Work with finance on warranty forecasting. Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered 5+ years of experience in service, warranty, or technical support in automotive, recreational vehicles or similar field Skilled in Salesforce, Excel (including advanced functions), and other CRM/reporting tools Comfortable working with data to identify trends and drive improvements Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Champion a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking Lead by example with ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving Additional information
