Analyst, Global Inventory Planning at kate spade new york. The Global Inventory Planning Analyst will play a centralized role in the inventory analysis, management and planning for kate spade new york. Responsibilities

Manage inventory globally across all warehouses/channels and categories to support demand Provide quarterly review of product lifecycle and work with buying teams to ensure use for inventory, including end of life donations in partnership with On Purpose team and liquidation Conduct segment transfers daily to support inventory levels between channels Partner with production and warehouse teams to action product inspections Support buying and merch teams for price changes to coordinate timing and strategy with warehouse partners Post market ordering and tracking of samples Post market production validation to ensure accuracy of orders Partner with PR and Marketing teams to coordinate orders and tracking Lead weekly warehouse calls and effectively communicate current and future warehouse projects Partner with global business teams and production order teams on sharing and rerouting inventory Support buying and merch global strategies to maximize inventory utilization Qualifications and Skills

Self-starter who takes initiative and displays a strong sense of urgency Willingness to learn and engage across multiple brand partners Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to fast-paced business environment Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with team members and cross functional and field partners Strong computer skills, advanced Microsoft Excel Ability to problem solve Excellent time management and prioritization skills SAP knowledge Competencies
