Manage and coordinate the bidding process internally and externally. Prepare detailed cost estimations and benchmarks for various projects. Develop regular progress reports, cost forecasts, and financial reports. Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with project teams to support documentation and scheduling tasks. Execute other administrative duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field. For candidates without relevant work experience, degree program or extracurricular activities must involve data analysis or construction-related coursework. Bilingual ability in English and Chinese for communication with foreign business partners in Taiwan. Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in the construction or semiconductor industry. Knowledge of cost management or cost estimation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with estimation software including bluebeam, planSwift, or stack. Fundamental understanding of project management methodologies. Personality Characteristics
Highly enthusiastic and detail-oriented with data and cost-related tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Resilient and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
