What You’ll Do
Lead crews to meet project timelines
Assist in training crew members
Read and interpret blueprints
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA/DOT regulations
Assist supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues
Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
Work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with relevant work experience (preferred)
At least three years of related work experience
Previous foreman experience preferred
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Work alone in remote locations, confined spaces, lifting >55 lb, operating heavy machinery
Occasional ladder, keyboard, mouse use
