What You’ll Do
Lead crews to meet project timelines
Assist with training of crew members
Read and understand blueprints
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Assist the Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely
Perform work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
A valid driver’s license
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience (preferred a combination)
At least three years of related work experience
Previous Foreman experience preferred
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Work alone in remote locations; confined spaces; arms above shoulder level; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; lift >55 lbs.
Use ladder, keyboard, mouse occasionally
