Customer Service Representative – Patient Registration
Location:
Ascension St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore
Shift Hours:
Thursday – Saturday 7:00 pm to 7:00 am; Thursday 1:00 am to 7:00 am – ER Registration

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll help patients check into the hospital, answering questions during registration, collecting accurate information, and providing compassionate support.
Responsibilities
Work on computers and answer phones to intake patient and insurance information in a busy environment.
Collect and enter data accurately across multiple screens while clinicians provide emergent care.
Listen carefully to patients, address concerns, and build rapport to ease anxiety.
Adapt quickly to variations in health plans and unexpected situations.
Collaborate with a team focused on career development.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service experience.
Typing and phone skills.
Full vaccination record, passing drug test and background check.
No prior healthcare experience required.
Compensation:
$17.68 – $24.07 per hour (base pay range). Pay determined by role, level, location, skills and experience.
