Customer Service Representative – Patient Registration Location: Ascension Seton Northwest Hospital, Shift Hours: Full Time (Wed 4:00pm-10:00pm, Thu-Sat 10:00am-10:00pm)

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help patients check into the hospital, collecting information accurately and quickly while listening with compassion to address their fears, concerns, and questions. You will work fast‑paced and be the primary point of contact during registration.

To thrive you’ll be a confident multitasker, a quick study with technology, type efficiently, and answer phones. No prior healthcare experience required, but you must be prepared for a hospital/lab environment, stay current with vaccinations, and pass a drug test and background check.

Key Responsibilities

Use computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment.

Assist patients, answer questions, ease anxiety, and build rapport in real time.

Work fast‑paced, on feet, across multiple programs while clinicians interrupt the registration process for emergent care.

Collaborate with a team focused on career development and support.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Excellent customer service experience.

Base pay range: $16.00 – $22.30 per hour. Pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
