We are looking for a Shift Leader!
What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to take charge, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

What we are looking for
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
*Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
**Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Hourly Rate:
$14.57 - $21.86 per hour
*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
**Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
