Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
Take charge of the store, setting morale and tone for the crew.
Provide feedback and coach staff when needed.
Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work varied hours and days, including early mornings and weekends.
Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law.
Must obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.
Possession of a valid state‑issued driver’s license preferred; required at specific locations.
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at the time of hire.

Compensation Hourly Rate: $14.57 – $21.86 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Pay ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such a position.
Physical Demands The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
