Team Management and Leadership Cultivate employee satisfaction within your community. Meet or exceed goals related to NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales. Execute Havenpark’s SOPs and policies for operational excellence. Demonstrate core values through interactions with staff and residents. Communicate regularly with team members to align priorities. Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing Standards.
