Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously Troubleshoot internet, VoIP, and video services, aiming for first call resolution Use multiple systems to research and resolve issues, collaborating with other departments as needed Document interactions accurately in our CRM system (Remedy) Follow policies regarding confidential information Stay updated with training activities and adhere to schedules Qualifications

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of VoIP, internet gateways, and HD video Strong communication and organizational skills Typing speed of 30+ WPM Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS Reliable with good attendance and punctuality Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills Preferred

1+ year in customer service or Tier II tech support CompTIA IT certification Benefits
