Overview
Customer Service Coordinator – Vehicle Delivery at Carvana. We’re looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join a fast-growing used automotive retailer delivering happiness in the car-buying process. Responsibilities
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (no commercial license required; training provided). Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the hauler to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive. Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy. Possess or obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana). May include state-specific requirements. Meet state-specific requirements related to access to DMV/title and registration systems. Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks (sponsored). California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days (sponsored). Shift & Compensation
Shift:
11am – 9pm. Availability to work 7 days a week; days off rotate between weekdays and weekend days. Compensation:
Starting hourly rate $18/hr, with potential increases based on performance. Pay range: $18-$20/hr. At 3 months: $18.50/hr; at 6 months: $19/hr. In the first year, progression to $20/hr through a merit program with four increases annually (an additional $0.50 every 90 days). Market Operations may offer additional location-specific incentive programs. Benefits & Perks

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing and loading/unloading vehicles; able to work in various weather conditions. Ability to walk/stand for extended periods (8+ hours). Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding of English. Physical ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
