Role Summary

The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS is expected to represent TireHub professionally in all customer interaction and maintain safe driving practices, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships. Compensation and Schedule

This position has a starting wage of $19 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over your first year of employment with TireHub. Monday through Saturday – Fluctuating day shift hours. Benefits

Distribute tasks including: General Warehousing Delivery Services Vehicle Maintenance Adjustments to these allocations as business needs evolve Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans) Follow TireHub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders; position them in designated locations using the bin locator system Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols Conduct and participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions Ensure vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections daily and report any operational issues or mechanical defects Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly Ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures Participate in ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor or leadership Competencies

At least 1 year of general work experience Must have a valid driver’s license Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver's license Must be 19 years old or older Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication and customer service skills Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs) with or without mechanical assistance Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting Multitask in a fast-paced environment Load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles Work up to 35 feet above ground level Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift Follow traffic rules and regulations by safely driving TireHub vehicles to deliver tires to customer locations Work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems Maintain forklift certification Maintain a valid driver’s license Working Conditions

Required to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 lbs or greater with or without mechanical assistance; regularly stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb and balance May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Work in non-climate-controlled warehouses and at customer locations Extended day, evening, and weekend work may be required Driving at night or in inclement weather may be required Must meet equipment safety restraints; accommodations available under ADA and applicable laws TireHub will consider all qualified applicants in compliance with state and local laws.
