Role Summary The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS is expected to represent TireHub professionally in all customer interaction and maintain safe driving practices, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Compensation and Hours Starting wage of $20.00 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over your first year of employment. Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

Reporting This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for distribution of tasks including general warehousing, delivery services, vehicle maintenance and adjustments to allocations as business needs evolve.
Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks, box trucks, delivery vans).
Follows TireHub safety standards with selection, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing of customer orders and positioning in designated bins.
Operates forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks per safety protocols.
Participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling per inventory control procedures.
Collects payments from customers on COD transactions.
Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition.
Conducts pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections and reports issues.
Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs promptly.
Ensures compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures.
Engages in required training modules.
Completes other tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of general work experience.
Valid driver’s license and minimum 2 years of driving history (no permit).
Must be 19 years or older.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance.
Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting; work up to 35 ft above ground.
Work up to 8 h/day on a forklift.
Follow traffic rules; drive TireHub vehicles to customer locations safely.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with manifest, GPS and navigation.
Must maintain forklift certification and a valid license.
Working Conditions
Required to lift, pull, push and/or move tires up to 50 lbs or greater with or without mechanical assistance following standard safety procedures; regularly stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb and balance.
May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment.
Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception.
Work in non‑climate‑controlled warehouses and customer locations.
Extended day, evening, and weekend work may be required.
Driving during night or inclement weather may be required.
Must not exceed 400 lbs in weight or 6 ft 3 in in height for safety compatibility; accommodations per ADA.
