Responsibilities
Coordinate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processes. Facilitate customs clearance for imported goods through effective customs brokerage. Monitor and track the delivery status of shipments, updating all relevant parties. Accurately enter and manage servicing information in the company's internal systems. Address and resolve customer inquiries, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven capability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Bilingual in Korean and English required
