Responsibilities
Coordinate Import Processing: Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean or air import procedures.
Customs Clearance: Manage customs clearance of goods through brokerage services.
Delivery Tracking: Monitor delivery status and share updates with relevant parties.
Accounting: Handle accounts payable/receivable, closing, and other accounting-related duties.
Data Entry: Input service information into the internal system.
Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
Proven capability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Fluent in both English and Korean
